Today is the 1 year anniversary of my daughter being stillborn. Yesterday I went in to get flowers and balloons for a balloon release today...my children love to send balloons up to their little sister with drawings on them. This morning we woke up and the balloons were flat. We called and were told there is nothing they can do. We have got balloons several times elsewhere and never had this issue. Now my kids are very upset that they cant do this for their sister. I am upset as this is so special to me. $9 on 2 balloons. Very poor customer service, Sandy had no interest in talking to us. Today should be special and was meant to be easy, now I need to go into town to buy balloons elsewhere to honour my daughters birthday.
