    If you're looking to use a real estate in Highfields or the surrounding areas defiantly avoid Local Agent. The property manages there will come on to properties without consent or notice. They failed on multiple occasions to amend any maintenance requirements of the property.

    My house buying experience with this agent was disappointing & sub par. As a buyer, I was not valued, had to ask twice for a copy of my contract which was 'forgotten' I was not contacted during the 30 day settlement, was not contacted when the contract went unconditional & on the day of settlement I was not contacted with a congratulations. No communication at all.

    I have purchased properties through Stacey and now i am currently renting out properties through them aswell. I am very very happy with the service they provide and highly recommend the team!
